Job description
Driver Hire Edinburgh City have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PCV Driver (Category D) to work alongside our client on an on-going basis that may result in a temp – perm for the right candidate.As a PCV Driver you must:
- Have a PCV (Cat D) Licence
- Have valid DCPC & Digi tacho cards
- Have less than 6 points on your licence and no endorsements over 3 points
- Have held your licence for at least one year (Preferable)
PCV Driver responsibilities include:
- Carrying out routine vehicle checks
- Filling out all relevant paperwork
- Safely operate a bus or shuttle vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at each stop
The successful PCV Driver can expect:
- Monday- Sunday: £13.50 – £15.00 PAYE
- 8hrs minimum guaranteed pay per day
- Ad-hoc shifts (Perfect to fit around other work or commitments)
- Weekly Pay
- Holiday accrual with every shift
