Here’s a quick glance of who we are and the impact you could have on the food service industry.There’s a seat at our table for you…What We Offer:Monday to Friday schedule, starting around 4h-5h amMedical, Dental, Prescription Drug, and EAP Benefits after 30 days of employmentFULL flex benefits programCompany matching RRSPProfit SharingFamily culture and advancement opportunities​Essential Functions:Ensures safe, accurate, timely, and efficient deliveries of GFS productsBuild and maintain good customer relationshipsDrive the truck in compliance with current regulationsPerforms proper equipment maintenance, monitors reefer temperature, and reports mechanical issues and damages in a timely mannerCarry out all of the deliveries while respecting the various food safety standards and proceduresCompletes daily check-ins in a timely manner with no errors​Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:Hold a class 1 driving license with a good driving recordAbility to meet the physical demands of this job including lifting, pushing, pulling of productAbility to adhere to all safety/compliance regulations and procedures.Must maintain a professional appearance wearing the GFS uniformThis position requires punctuality, problem solving and attention to detailAbility to work independently and also function in a team environment.Must be goal oriented with a positive “can-do” attitude.Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in the English language​We thank all applicants for their interest, however only those selected for the next stage will be contacted.
