What would you do as our Sales Support & Marketing Assistant

As our Sales Support & Marketing Assistant, you would have the opportunity to build on providing excellent customer experience, professional competence and to be part of a dynamic team. Reporting to Internal Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for After Market Sales activities and support in daily operations; switchboard, order processing.

You would also be responsible for:

  • Support offline and digital marketing campaigns aligned with the Business Plan

  • Build and manage relationships in the construction sector, using ABI website and software

  • Assist external sales staff and provide first-line contact for new sales inquiries

  • Maintain and analyse sales data, conduct market research, and report findings

  • Promote company and product brands through websites, ads, exhibitions, and manage product samples

    The skills and experience you need

    We are looking for someone who has:

  • Competence in MS Word, Excel & Outlook

  • Attention to details

  • Ability to communicate at all levels

  • Confidence and polite telephone manner

  • Systematic approach to working

    It would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working in SAP and processing orders, as well as working in Microsoft CRM 365.
