The address is 432 Sandwich Street South, Amherstburg, ON N9V 3R2.Job Duties:Creating & Posting Wholesale DealsPosting of New, & Used DealsUpdating Sales commission on individual commission sheets for payroll purposes in the system.Issue on-demand cheques as required through the day when neededAssist in the preparation of payroll on a bi-weekly basisOversee incentive receivable accounts and update team with outstanding balancesAssist Controller with Month-End/Year-End preparatory workReconciling various ledger & subledger accountsAssist in completing monthly flooring reconciliationReconciling after markets warranties and processing paymentsRequirements:Accounting Clerk/Accounting Assistant experience in a dealership is mandatoryStrong knowledge of debits and credits, journal entries, data entry, payroll management, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliationsProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to navigate through other online platformsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsDriven, independent and motivated to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWilling to work extended hours during month-end cyclesJob Type: Full-time
