The Advice Hub is a place for individuals to thrive, embrace digital and deliver positive client outcomesYou will work closely with your individually named advisers to offer a personable, fully supported service. This will involve building, developing and maintaining strong relationships with the advisers to enable them to be fully entrusted in the service provided. You will need to be able to adopt a one-on one approach with the advisers to establish their needs and identify pinch points.Previous financial services experience is ideal, but full on the job training will be given making this a fantastic entry route into a career with Quilter.-Adviser Support ManagerAbout the RoleLevel: 2Department: Quilter Adviser Support – The Advice HubLocation: Fully remote – Monday until Friday, 35 hours per weekContract type: PermanentIn this role, you’ll be responsible for various essential tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our financial services operations.Your duties will include preparing client reviews, processing new business, and handling compliance and provider documentation for paraplanning. You’ll also play a key role in obtaining fund values and information from providers, as well as collating and analysing client data.One crucial aspect of your role will be to maintain the advisers’ pipeline, ensuring it’s consistently up to date and sufficiently recorded. You’ll provide essential email support for advisers, becoming fully established with their clients and understanding their unique circumstances.Additionally, you’ll need to manage and organise your own workloads effectively while maintaining strong communication with advisers, keeping them fully informed at every stage of the process.About YouApplications from people with diverse backgrounds enables our inclusive organisation to thrive.
