Description We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a key member of our team, your role will involve interacting with homeowners, arranging appointments with technicians and superintendents, and managing logistics and scheduling. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate appointments with homeowners, technicians, and superintendents.

• Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails daily, ensuring efficient communication and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain an organized and efficient work environment, demonstrating attention to detail.

• Use various software tools such as Salesforce.com, Yardi, and Microsoft Office Suites for customer account management and scheduling.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Perform calendar management duties, booking and confirming appointments as needed.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, using customer account management tools.

• Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience in managing and coordinating appointments effectively

• Ability to confirm appointments accurately

• Knowledge of Salesforce.com platform

• Familiarity with property management principles

• Experience in email correspondence

• Ability to manage calendars effectively

• Competency in customer account management

• Knowledge of Yardi software

• Strong ability in booking appointments efficiently
