This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals with 2-5 years of experience in M&A or Investment Banking, particularly those with a passion for working in dynamic, growth-oriented sectors.Key Responsibilities:Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of M&A and capital-raising transactions, from initial pitch to closing. You will play an active role in financial modeling, valuation analysis, market research, and preparation of marketing materials such as pitch books and information memorandums.Industry Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive landscape research in sectors including technology, clean energy, and frontier markets to support strategic advisory mandates and provide valuable insights for the deal team.Client Interaction: Support senior bankers in managing client relationships and act as a point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process. You will gain early exposure to senior management and decision-makers, helping you quickly develop your professional network.Valuation & Financial Analysis: Build and maintain financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), precedent transaction analysis, and comparable company analysis. Assist with due diligence, transaction structuring, and risk assessments.Project Management: Help manage multiple transaction workstreams simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and that all aspects of the deal run smoothly. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal and financial advisors.Qualifications & Experience:M&A / Investment Banking Experience: 2-5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance. Experience in the technology or clean energy sectors is a strong plus.Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to build complex models in Excel. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ) is required.Academic Background: A strong academic record, with a degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline.
