We are searching for a talented Internal Comms Manager to join our health-tech client’s fully remote operation. In this role, you will be tasked with the creation and implementation of internal communication strategies, enhancing our corporate culture, and fostering effective internal dialogue and engagement. This role is a contract to hire position, offering an opportunity to contribute significantly to our mental healthcare industry functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to foster a positive and engaging work environment.

• Utilize exceptional writing skills to draft materials such as emails, talking points, video messaging, and announcements on the company intranet.

• Manage various projects autonomously, ensuring that details are meticulously tracked.

• Contribute strategic insights and ideas to enhance internal communication and culture building efforts.

• Interface with executives, understanding and navigating corporate nuances.

• Utilize SharePoint for content management and project coordination.

• Engage in the creation of a content calendar, partnering with other teams to ensure a cohesive internal communication approach.

• Lead the execution of town hall meetings and other internal events.

• Contribute to the roll-out of new company values and culture building initiatives.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, and other Content Management Systems to create engaging content.

• Plan and manage campaigns to enhance brand awareness within the company.

• Monitor budget processes and ensure all projects are within allocated funds.

• Utilize CRM and editorial content to create engaging advertisements and blog posts.

Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign is mandatory

• Experience with Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is required

• Must possess strong skills in creating and managing editorial content

• Experience in creating and managing online and offline advertisements is essential

• Demonstrated ability in blogging to enhance brand awareness

• Knowledge of budget processes and campaign planning is necessary

• Proven track record in managing internal communications within a medium to large organization

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
