In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.about this teamAs part of the product team, the Senior Store Analyst is responsible for connecting the long-range product strategy to the planning of our stores, they also oversee inventory management and movement for new store openings across Europe. This role works closely with our immediate cross-functional partners, Planning, Buying, Store Design, FP&A, Real Estate, Operations, and stores to create the best experience for our guest.a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Building accurate pre-season and in-season store plans which serves as a major component into our localization strategy
  • Project Management, Analysis & Process buildout for net new, complex and/or high-profile project types such as: Curated Assortment projects, Special Events, Experientials, Conversions
  • Setting opening inventory targets for New Store projects and partner with New Store Opening team to track performance of these and adjust as needed
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising, Buying and Planning to set buy targets through store clustering, ensuring the assortment for each season can fit into our stores, to achieve our sales plans and execute our localization strategy
  • Project Management, Analysis & Process buildout for net new, complex and/or high-profile project types such as: Curated Assortment projects, Special Events, Experientials, Conversions
  • Expert in Anaplan functionality for quarterly set-ups and validation (sister store process, store set up, troubleshooting, Anaplan enhancement guidance and prioritization)

Qualifications, skills & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics or related field required
  • 5+ years’ experience in a previous analytical or analyst-based role
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated confidence in creating new solutions to new problems
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to design formulae that proactively validate outputs and report
  • Experience with SQL databases, MS Power Query, and a data visualization application like Power BI or Tableau is an asset
  • Smartsheet experience an asset
  • Excellent team player as well as the ability to work independently.
  • Self directed problem solver, proactive and resourceful
  • Capable of effective multiple demand management from a variety of sources and adapts well to change.
