This person will lead a team of Managers and Recruiters who work across the firm for a group of specific business segments and with our client service professionals to identify world class talent. In addition to leading day-to-day operations, this leader will coach and develop the team, enhance relationships with business leaders and continue to refine and build the overall experienced recruiting strategy for the firm. This is an opportunity for an individual with proven, hands-on recruitment experience who is interested in the challenge of recruiting for a breadth of skills. In this role you will be working in a passionate team with a proven ability to succeed.What You’ll Do· Partner with the relevant segment business leaders to understand their current and future recruitment requirements, determining quarterly workforce forecasting needs, and the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies to address those requirements.· Lead workforce planning initiatives and discussions to understand skills and experiences needed in the workforce to deliver on future talent needs.· Educate leadership on market trends, cycle times and other key performance metrics, and leverage knowledge of business goals and mission to effectively design and execute recruiting strategies to achieve business needs.· Work with firm leadership and recruiting managers to drive firm wide and segment level strategies in line with FTI’s values.· Build, manage and develop a high performing experienced recruiting team that can scale for the future, using metrics and coaching to develop recruiters· Partner with multiple key stakeholders (i.e. Segment leaders, HR Ops teams, finance, vendors, technology etc.) to understand business issues and propose integrated solutions that leverage best practices, process, technology, and services.· Collaborate with key stakeholders and recruitment team to drive diversity hiring initiatives and metrics.· Enhance reporting and metrics capture for strategic direction.· Develop and uphold recruiting metrics for recruiting teams and create accountability to deliver for business leaders.· Facilitate meetings between recruiting and other stakeholders to help drive successful projects.· Liaise with stakeholders across different departments while participating in a variety of workstreams.How You’ll GrowWe are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
