You will work closely with the leadership team, providing guidance and coaching managers on daily operations, employee development, HR priorities in alignment with the overall business strategy, and HR policies.​As an HR Manager, you will:

  • Keep up to date with local employment law changes to ensure the company maintains compliance
  • Advise managers on any HR topic regarding their team
  • Build trusted relationships: with employees through engagement practices to help guide them through global and local change and to promote a high level of employee morale and engagement
  • Recruitment: support the recruitment processes in accordance with business needs.
  • Partnering: Provide consultancy service in terms of HR policies, best practices, roll-out of HR programs, and others, for line managers and employees locally. Driving organisational change management projects at local level.
  • Data management & quality: Ensuring data input in HR systems is correct and in compliance with local and global policy.
  • Employee Development: Support the Directors in conducting Performance Review Process, Talent Review, and other HR related projects. Manage learning & development needs locally.
  • Drive employee relations and legal & social processes
  • Take on a ‘champion’ role to ensure successful implementation of HR strategies and policies within France to ensure a global alignment in parallel with country specific regulations.
  • Manage and support an HR Advisor in order to produce efficient administration of all aspects of the employee lifecycle: payroll, on boarding, off boarding, benefits administration and other key processes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE​| About youThe ideal HR Manager:

  • University Degree in relevant area, knowledge and expertise in employment law.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR Manager experience within a global company
  • Good knowledge of labor law in France
  • Ability to work independently in a standalone role without direct day to day supervision and collaboratively in a virtual team
  • Have a proven ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels
  • Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations
  • Strong organizational skills
