We are leading the way in leveraging AI technology to address the demand and capacity crisis facing Dermatology safely.We are a team of passionate people who want to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer.As Skin Analytics enters an exciting phase of growth, we are on the search for driven and forward-thinking individuals to join our new team of Account Management.The OpportunityWe are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our growing team. As the key liaison with our customers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing relationships, and driving success.This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a crucial part in transforming healthcare delivery.You’ll report directly to our Head of Account Management, placing you at the heart of our customer success strategy.What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for managing a number of our NHS accounts
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with stakeholders – nurturing and expanding strategic relationships
  • Proactively communicate with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and satisfaction
  • Drive customer retention through effective renewal strategies, supporting re-procurement and contracting
  • Champion our innovative solution and find creative ways to maximise its value
  • Collaborate with our sales team to expand our footprint in the NHS
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the healthcare landscape, identifying trends and opportunities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field
  • A solid understanding of the NHS or healthcare sector
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas simply
  • A knack for building and maintaining relationships at all levels
  • Comfort with technology and an eagerness to learn about AI in healthcare
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for improving healthcare outcomes

LocationWe offer a hybrid working model, with some time spent in our Farringdon office and opportunities to visit NHS sites for your assigned accounts. We’re open to discussing flexible arrangements that work for you.Application Process

  • 1st Stage: Screening Call with our Talent & People Lead (30 mins)
  • 2nd Stage: Competency-based interview with Hiring Manager (45 mins)
  • 3rd Stage: Presentation (60 mins) and Culture fit (30 mins) with an opportunity to meet the wider team

Skin Analytics manufactures medical devices and complies with ISO standards 13485 and 27001. As part of your employment, you will be assigned Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS).
