The Recruitment GroupThe Recruitment Group is hiring!We are on the lookout for an Electrical Assembly Operative to join our well-established client within the local Abingdon area.About the role:Guaranteed Full-time permanent position.Monday to Friday – 8am to 4:30pm (1hr for lunch)Working with small components placing them onto a circuit board.Experience of electrical assembly or work within a manufacturing industry is required,The successful candidate will also know how to solder as this is a main area of the workThe Role.
- Have a natural ability to take initiative and respond quickly and effectively to solve problems.
- Have excellent time management skills and be willing to show flexibility to meet the needs of our business.
- Have prior experience adhering to a quality system.
- Be willing and able to work as part of a team.
- Be professional with a “can do attitude”.
- Be able to use hand tools.
- Have good attention to details.
