We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Trainee.This 6-month internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, allowing you to make meaningful contributions to our candidate and hiring manager experience.Key Responsibilities:During your internship, you will participate to the following activities:1. Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience:– Organize and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.– Manage scheduling, communication, and logistics to guarantee a smooth interview process.2. Candidates Logistics Support:– Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in managing candidate pipelines.– Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.– Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.3. Sourcing:– Collaborate with the team to identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.– Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and other tools to source top talent.– Contribute to the development of innovative sourcing strategies.4. Transversal Projects and Analytics:– Contribute to transversal projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition process.– Work on analytics projects to provide insights into recruitment trends, helping inform strategic decision-making.– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and innovations in recruitment processes.Your Profile:If you are currently pursuing a master’s degree in HR or Business Administration and possess proficient English skills, this opportunity is for you!
