FullFunnel.io is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with excellent communication skills in English to join our team. You will be the right hand of the two co-founders, and play a key role in helping manage day-to-day operations, client projects, and supporting us in marketing activities. FullFunnel is a fully remote B2B Marketing consulting and training company. We work with marketing and sales teams of mid-market tech companies.

Location: Remote (CET time zone ± 1h)

Type: Full-time

Salary: 2000EUR a month gross salary

Professional fluency (written & spoken) in English is a must.

Tasks

You will receive onboarding, and detailed playbooks for each of the following processes you will be in charge of.

Executive Assistance

  • Manage co-founders inbox and calendar
  • Coordinate and book business and personal travel arrangements for the two founders

Accounting

  • Collect and organize monthly purchase invoices
  • Create and send invoices to clients, and follow up on unpaid invoices to ensure timely payment
  • Communicate with our accountant

Client Projects

  • Manage client communications via email, Slack, and WhatsApp (first-line communication)
  • Schedule and organize client meetings
  • Assist with preparing sales and client calls
  • Follow up with prospects and clients post-meetings with summary emails and reminders
  • Assist with procurement processes, including filling out vendor forms and first-line client communication

Manage Freelancers

  • Work with freelance designers to create LinkedIn diagrams, slides, and carousels
  • Work with a freelance developer on website tasks
  • Assist in hiring freelancers for specific tasks

Marketing Assistance

  • Assist in designing slides for clients, events, and internal use
  • Promote events and product launches through LinkedIn Inbox
  • Manage and publish podcast recordings
  • Add and manage subscribers in our event and marketing automation platforms
  • Set up and promote virtual events in our event hosting platform
  • Publish blog posts on our website

Requirements

You:

  • Are well organized and are very detail oriented, able to calmly plan and deal with multitude of tasks
  • Have excellent professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Have experience with various online tools such as CRM systems, marketing and event management platforms
  • Are used to working daily with busy executives, clients and freelancers (e.g. freelance designers)
  • Are used to handling confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving, and high degree of independence
