With a broad range of high-quality products and equipment across all building service sectors, we ensure our customers receive the hire solutions they require, exactly when they need them. Our success is driven by a dedicated team that consistently delivers outstanding service, nurturing long-lasting customer loyalty.What do you need to succeed as an Onsite Sales Manager?

  • Experience in construction products/equipment, with a managerial or supervisory background in a similar business.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the current market.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, prioritising tasks, and delivering solutions within deadlines.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing product knowledge.
  • Focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and resourceful.
  • Excellent organisational skills, balancing workloads and meeting service demands effectively.

What does the Onsite Sales Manager role involve?

  • Independently manage the HSS account onsite, providing expert assistance with hire needs while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with customers is vital to securing our repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Promote the brand to increase sales growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with a customer-focused approach.
