Become part of this world and make a difference with us.https://www.weareams.com/The RoleYou will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. You will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.You will be accountable for the delivery of high quality, engaged candidate shortlists to your hiring managers with accurate and complete information to help them make informed hiring decisions. You will also support a reduction in the use of third-party agencies through direct sourcing, supported by our Sourcing teams, and the use of talent communities. You will make clear recommendations on your shortlisted candidates and speculatively introduce candidates of interest to your key stakeholders.Key AccountabilitiesWhat you’ll be doing:

  • Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with senior hiring managers/stakeholders
  • Independent execution of the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services to them, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met
  • Lead discussion on attraction strategies, working with hiring managers to correctly identify approach based on market and hiring demands
  • Make recommendations for best fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable
  • Collaborate effectively with relevant teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience
  • Take full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
  • Lead vacancy consultation discussions to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers- this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process

Skills & ExperienceYou’ll need to demonstrate:Must haves

  • Proven Legal recruitment experience gained from the legal sector (direct)
  • Experience in managing recruitment processes and working directly with Hiring Managers
  • Ability to manage and influence Senior Stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues
  • Handles challenging conversations with confidence
  • Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical and proactive approach

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working within a highly complex or matrixed organisation
  • Knowledge of iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems
