After you join the team, we will continue the process of moving you into new roles based on your talents, growth, and interests.The Role:The Dealer Services Project Lead serves as the customer liaison and advocate when our existing dealership clients undergo system changes to a v10 enterprise deployment. This role involves coordinating efforts to merge multiple dealership systems for enterprise reporting, facilitating the addition of new businesses, or managing ownership transfers if a business is sold.A successful Dealer Services Project Lead envisions the desired outcome, designs a custom plan, and coordinates the efforts of various teams, all while communicating successful milestones and identifying challenges before they arise. Top-quality consulting is integral to your success plan with every dealer group you are assigned. You will explain the benefits of different deployment models and coach the customer and our teams to implement the smoothest model possible.Thorough documentation and communication will assist you and other team leaders in exceeding every expectation, with ongoing reporting to leadership being a priority.Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the customer on the process and logistics for their project.
  • Work with the teams within Dealer Services & other PBS teams to confirm progress on the required internal tasks.
  • Ensure customer tasks are completed and ready for our internal teams.
  • Review completed work to confirm the PBS quality standards are being maintained.
  • Verify that proper documentation and communication has been completed.
  • Assign, communicate and follow up with internal teams to ensure work is being done in a timely manner.
  • Contact and update customers in relation to the project, assist in booking time with internal departments.
  • Work with customers to ensure that their needs have been met, show superior customer service and willingness to help where needed.
  • Work with the Department Manager to find best practices and aid in deployment.
  • Maintain and update internal process documentation for the role to ensure information stays current.
  • Update and communicate progress with resources and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills and phone etiquette are a must.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive industry/dealership environment considered a strong asset
  • Solid computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Charismatic, detail oriented, excellent customer service skills
  • Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Effective time management, organization, and self-management skills
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization
  • Travel may be required within Canada and USA; in consequence proof of valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable) is required
