This permanent career opportunity is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek (37.5 paid) with the potential for overtime paid in accordance with the Employment Standards Act. – Entering a high volume of patient profiles, medication histories, and other relevant prescription information, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
– Critical analysis of available information and problem-solving to ensure that all necessary data can be identified and entered into the system
– Liaising with internal and external contacts regarding patient information, medical data, and urgent patient care issues
– Updating and maintaining a database of patient information
– Other administrative duties as requiredQualifications
– The ideal candidate have experience in data entry through Kroll in a non retail or high volume retail setting
– Strong written and verbal communication abilities and computer skills are required
– Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team required.
– Deadline-oriented and strong prioritization skills are a must
