A regional company located in the Denver Metro area is
hiring an in-office Administrative Assistant.
This is a full time, temp to hire position with a company that
has a great tenure staff and a relaxed working environment.
You will be working with leaders who will empower you and
give to the tools to help you learn.
Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Fielding inbound and outbound phone calls
- Emailing with the company’s clients
- Filing various documents and maintaining
databases - Using a computer daily for data and order entry
You will be successful in this job if you have a willingness
to learn and enjoy being a team player.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- A year in an office environment
- Has experience in an administrative role.
- Great computer skills
- Must be proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Professionalism and strong customer service
skills - Experience using Oracle a plus
Pay: $21-22 per hour
- Opportunity for an increase once hired directly.
