This project aims to address health inequalities faced by people from minority ethnic backgrounds in the UK.You will join a multi-disciplinary team working with community organisations in Dudley, Coventry, Birmingham, Sheffield, and Rotherham. Your role will be crucial in fostering collaboration and reimagining how to acknowledge the impact of these organisations in improving the health and well-being of racially minoritised communities.This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on health equity and contribute to national policy and practice.About YouThe ideal candidate will possess a PhD or equivalent experience in health services research, public health, or a related field, along with demonstrated expertise in mixed methods or qualitative research design and analysis. Experience working with community organisations and a strong understanding of health inequalities faced by racially minoritised communities are essential.
