Our client in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Skilled Production Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will be one who thrives a fast-paced environment and posses a combination of technical and interpersonal skills looking for the production’s success.

Job Title: Skilled Production Associate

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay Range: $18.50/hr

What’s the Job?

As a Skilled Production Associate you will:

• Keep machines and product lines stocked with materials.

• Wrap products for staging or loading onto trailers.

• Carry a walkie talkie throughout the entire shift for communication.

• Report errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.

• Maintain a clean safe and orderly work environment, following all safety regulations.

What’s Needed?

• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs. repetitively, 50 lbs. occasionally and 100 lbs. with assistance.

• Able to work in a labor-intensive position.

• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.

• Proficient in interpreting and translating job specifications for production machinery.

• Previous forklift experience is required.

• Monday to Thrusday shift
