We’re dedicated to strengthening, empowering and supercharging brands.About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and data-drive PPC Account Manager with a strong background in managing paid search campaigns for B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in keyword research and optimisation using tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs and will be familiar with executing campaigns across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, and TikTok. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of optimising campaigns to drive growth and the ability to integrate CRM data to develop targeted segmentation and automation strategies. Familiarly with B2B marketing an understanding of long sales cycles is preferred.What you’ll do:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok) focused on B2B acquisition.
  • Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs to inform targeting.
  • Develop ad copy, creatives, and landing page recommendations to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure campaign profitability.
  • Use CRM data to create segmented, personalized ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing to align campaigns with lead quality and sales goals.
  • Implement automated workflows and triggers based on user behaviour.
  • Test and optimize creative elements (visuals, copy, landing pages).
  • Analyse performance data to inform ongoing strategies.
  • Set up and manage automation for keyword updates, bid adjustments, and reporting.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Offer strategic guidance on campaign planning and growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to refine strategies.

About you

  • 3+ years of PPC management experience, primarily focused on B2B campaigns.
  • Proficient in paid search tools (Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and CRM integration (Salesforce, HubSpot) for targeted campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads; experience with Meta and TikTok ads is a plus.
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles and B2B/SaaS environments.
  • Skilled in creative optimization (A/B testing of visuals, messaging, and landing pages).
  • Competent in automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Scripts) and data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for stakeholder engagement.
