This role will report to our Head of Sales and will be responsible for managing some of the most valuable partnerships for Ocean Bottle, scaling our portfolio of high-potential and high-value accounts. This includes leading the sales and negotiations with the strategic accounts, defining the right processes, and crafting growth strategies ensuring the best experience for our partners.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESYour core areas of focus across the organisation will be:Building long-term relationships with our key accounts, ultimately growing their financials, marketing efforts, engagement, and satisfactionShaping your key accounts’ strategy and setting ambitious goals to develop key relationships that deliver high-value returns for the businessDelivering exceptional growth and experience to key partners, including leading commercial discussions and delivering sustainable, long-term growth.Leading commercial discussions with account partners to build sustainable long-term partnershipsWorking on identifying key growth opportunities to come up with new ways to add value to existing partnerships.Act as an ambassador of the OB mission, brand, and product.WHAT YOU’LL GETRemunerationWe’re looking to pay a starting salary of £50,000 – £55,000 for this role, depending on experience.
