Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts scheduled within this window)
Pay: $17/hour (Bumps to $18/hour upon hire, with performance reviews every 90 days)
Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Outbound Call Center Representative to join our team in Mesa, AZ. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer objections, and entering call data accurately. This is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients following company guidelines.
- Handle rebuttals and objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Accurately document call outcomes and enter relevant information into the system.
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals related to call volume and quality.
- Follow scripts and protocols, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or sales environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations professionally.
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Availability to work within the 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM window, Monday through Friday.
