Vendor Relationship Manager, TechnologyWorking at our iconic office in King’s Cross, London, or Morley, Leeds, and virtually via Microsoft TeamsYour new role at NewDayKey role in our strategic partnerships with material suppliers, central to the success of business objectives across multiple functions. You will be crucial in establishing mutually compatible stretching objectives and a shared agenda that delivers value for both parties, minimizes supplier risk, reduces the cost of doing business and ensures alignment and transparency in approach.You’ll deliverOngoing oversight of NewDay material and key suppliers, driving long term operational efficiency and value, while ensuring they meet contractual requirements and minimizing risk.Professional working relationships with key stakeholders from across the business to fully understand their objectives, performance issues, challenges and opportunities for each spend category.Strong working relationships with strategic suppliers to deliver on costs, quality and targets, executing standards, controls, policies procedures and performance metrics to effectively and efficiently manage reporting.A supplier scorecard – facilitate and create accurate and standardized supplier metrics & KPIs.What you’ll bringWe need knowledge, experience + expertise in:Managing technology partners as a Supplier Relationship ManagerThird Party Risk Management principlesAnd would love you to know or learn:Financial services or bankingWhere next?
