Location: Walton-on-Thames
Pay: £13.11 per hour (during the 3-month trial period)
Permanent Salary: £25,000 per annum ( after 3-month trial period)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMWe are recruiting on behalf of a client in the environmental services sector, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Administration Operator. This is a temp-to-perm position, with the opportunity to join the team permanently after a successful 3-month trial period.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, handling inquiries related to environmental services via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and managing client accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks within the environmental services framework.
• Prepare and process documents, including invoices, reports, and service records.
• Update internal systems to reflect service progress and ensure accurate information is communicated.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within an environmental services or related industry.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
