With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world.Key responsibilitiesThe Regional Dermo-cosmetics Trainer plays a vital role in the brand’s success in Quebec by designing, developing, and delivering effective and engaging training programs, both in-person and remotely, for Beauty Advisors (BAs), internal staff, and business partners. This individual will join a nationally recognized training team known for its expertise and professionalism, contributing to the brand’s success in Quebec by creating innovative training content and tools and managing the complete logistics of training events. The ideal candidate is a dermo-cosmetics expert, an exceptional communicator, and an organized and proactive manager.
- Development and Delivery of Training Programs:
- Design, develop, and update relevant and engaging training materials (presentations, guides, games, practical exercises, digital resources, etc.) tailored to the specific needs of the Quebec market and various platforms (in-person and virtual).
- Adapt and customize existing training programs to regional realities and the specific needs of participants.
- Deliver dynamic and interactive in-person and virtual training sessions (webinars, online training, etc.) using diverse pedagogical methods.
- Provide follow-up support to participants after training, including post-training activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the quality of learning.
2. Creation of Content and Educational Tools:
- Develop original, innovative training materials adapted to various pedagogical methods (experiential learning, role-playing, case studies, flipped classroom, etc.).
- Create and maintain an up-to-date library of educational resources (videos, presentations, documents, etc.) easily accessible to participants.
- Utilize digital technologies to create interactive content and enrich the learning experience.
3. Logistics Management of Training Events:
- Plan and organize the logistics of training events (in-person and virtual), including room bookings, registration management, invitation sending, resource coordination, and material management.
- Manage budgets and rigorously track expenses for assigned training activities.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders (marketing, sales teams, etc.) to ensure the smooth running of training events.
4. Dermo-cosmetics Expertise and Knowledge of the Quebec Market:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of dermo-cosmetic products, their formulations, applications, and benefits.
- Stay abreast of trends in the Quebec market and the needs of beauty professionals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and best practices in training.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with the English-speaking training team to ensure harmonization of programs and key messages across the country.
- Communicate effectively with participants, managers, and various stakeholders.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes.
Professional &Technical Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in adult education, communication, marketing, or a related field such as health sciences, biology, or pharmacy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, ideally in the dermo-cosmetics or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint software.
- Proficiency in IT tools and online training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, ClipChamp).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Availability to travel within Quebec.
