As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions. Our Salesforce Business Analysts wear many hats on their projects and are responsible for everything from requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your skillset.Primary Responsibilities

  • Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers’ business, functional, and technological requirements
  • Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation
  • Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements
  • Design elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving: configuration of Salesforce and Managed Packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality
  • Draft custom development specifications and manage the delivery and testing of the functionality by Development resources
  • Iterate on solutions through a Build/Test/Review cycle with customer Product Owner
  • Develop training curriculum and deliver training sessions to the solution’s end users
  • Work with Access Global Groups Delivery Director to manage a project to scope, budget, and timeline expectations

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience administering or consulting with Salesforce/ project coordination, Senior BA, project management, or related experience
  • Minimum Salesforce Certified Administrator certification, highly preferred Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
  • Skilled in Google suite and Salesforce products
  • Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering
  • Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
  • Experience with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce
  • Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications
  • Understanding of the key levers for B2B, B2C, hybrid business models
  • Understanding of key concepts of user-centered design and design thinking
  • Great teamwork and collaboration skills
  • This position requires a strong analytical mind, high attention to detail, good communication skills, and a postitive disposition and work ethic
  • Experience in contributing to successful projects with multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting; proven ability to analyze, present, and action on raw data
  • Ability to identify and automate manual processes to drive efficiencies
  • Strong teamwork skills; an ability to offer suggestions and persuade on improvements to processes
  • Each member of the AGG team mentors junior team members
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and doing analysis
  • Ability to present data in a concise manner
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage the day-to-day program, as well as effectively influence others
  • Strong execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization, and process
  • Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges
