Position: Commercial Lease Administrator
Location: East End of Montreal – Hybrid
Salary: Up to $70K based on experience

Do you have a strong background in managing residential and commercial leases, with excellent data entry and record-keeping abilities? Are you detail-oriented, able to handle large volumes of transactional data, and thrive in a team environment?Join a leading real estate company in Montreal’s east end as a Commercial Lease Administrator!What they offer:– Competitive salary up to $70K, depending on experience
– Hybrid work schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote
– Annual bonus of 5%
– 4 weeks of vacation, with the possibility to take time off within the first year

– Optional pension plan available from day 1We would love to meet you:– DEC in Accounting or a related field.
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential and commercial property management.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer skills.
– Exceptional data entry skills and meticulous in record-keeping.
– Team player with the ability to collaborate, share tasks, and support colleagues.
– Detail-oriented and accurate, with experience managing large volumes of transactional data.Key responsibilities:– Process real estate transactions and maintain up-to-date lease summaries.
– Prepare and manage tenant payment schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups on any adjustments.
– Oversee monthly billing, handle rent adjustments, and process annual invoices.
– Coordinate cleaning schedules and communicate changes to suppliers.
– Manage billing and approvals for utilities and service requests.
– Assist in preparing revenue budgets related to leases.
