We have a big vision for Housing Services where we will work deep within our neighbourhoods and communities to improve our services with people who use and rely on them and we are looking for a Home Ownership Manager with passion and enthusiasm to help deliver this ambition.You will use your expertise in Housing and Home Ownership to manage leaseholder income and service teams, including service charges and major works, ensuring a proactive approach to income collection and delivering a relational service to leaseholders.Your role will include overseeing a wide range of functions such as Right to Buy, major works, service charges, sub-let registration, presale engagement, enfranchisement, and compliance with BSA certification. Additionally, you will manage legal cases, HRA energy budgets, and buyback accounting. You’ll drive an early intervention, person-centered approach to case management, work closely with Housing and Repairs teams, and provide regular advice and performance reporting to the Head of Leaseholder Services and Housing Income.All About You
