This a brilliant opportunity to drive change and help shape and mould the future of Phoenix’s finance systems as you will own and set the blueprint and strategic direction for data and process architecture across Finance.As a senior leader in Finance Data Systems and Change you will create a structured view of the architecture bringing clarity to all levels of the organisation whilst championing controls, data governance and the removal of process debt.Your knowledge of the Finance architecture and strong stakeholder skills ensure all stakeholders maintain alignment with the overall Finance architecture and strategy, fostering shared understanding and ownership. You will be a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex architecture and design concepts into clear, actionable business insights whilst providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to a team of domain architects.What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in leading and managing business architecture teams within a complex organization, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to translate complex architecture concepts and designs to build the roadmap for change with big picture thinking and focus
  • Energy and passion for Business Process and Data Architecture and the opportunities this can drive for an organisation
  • Knowledge of the Finance regulatory requirements within Financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and negotiate with vendors and challenge the status quo.
