We will do the right thing and believe in making a difference for women everywhere.Newson Health have grown significantly in a short space of time (6 years) and we are reviewing internally processes to ensure we have an efficient way of working that also ensures patient experience is high quality.We have recently changed our payment practices for patients and this has created the opportunity for invoicing to be done differently and within the Finance Team. This role has been created to support this trial with the aim of understanding the longer-term and permanent solution based on feedback.You will be responsible for owning the Sales Ledger and embedding new processes.This will include:

  • Creating invoices for patients where required
  • Taking and matching payments to invoices
  • Working alongside the wider Finance Team and Admin Teams to resolve invoice queries
  • Liaising with Admin Team to resolve unpaid invoices
  • Ensuring and reviewing accuracy of all invoices

The above list of responsibilities is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.Your skills and knowledge will include:

  • Experience in sales ledger management
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach to resolve issues
  • Ability to work as a team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dynamic approach to being able to deal with different queries through the working day
  • Ability to spot inefficiencies in processes and provide options to resolve
  • Prior experience with Xero is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Experience with Excel is essential

Location: Stratford Upon-AvonSalary: £21,000-£24,000 depending on experienceSchedule: 20 hours per week, days to be agreed with hiring manager. (Up to 6-month fixed term)Contract type: Temporary, up to 6 month fixed term contractClose date: Friday 1st November 2024
