  • Lead the development, implementation, and delivery of projects and programmes, including budget oversight, OKRs, impact measurement, reporting, timelines, and resource requirements; may involve organising private meetings, gatherings, and large-scale events.
  • Develop and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, experts, funders, and partners, proactively identifying and securing partnership and fundraising opportunities for Virgin Unite.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and implement an income generation strategy that establishes new income channels for key programmes.
  • Conduct research and analysis on projects and initiatives to align them with Virgin Unite’s purpose and strategy, shaping ideas for effective implementation.
  • Drive innovation within the foundation by exploring and implementing creative approaches to address societal challenges.
  • Collaborate across Virgin Unite to ensure project and programme work is integrated and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support reporting to key stakeholders on project and programme performance against objectives, budgets, and impact frameworks.
  • Develop compelling presentations, briefing papers, and reports for internal and external audiences while maintaining knowledge of current trends and innovations to inform program strategy.

What you’ll need

  • Proven track record in programme design and implementation, with fundraising experience, particularly working with high-net-worth individuals and foundations.
  • Deeply committed to addressing social and environmental challenges, ideally with relevant experience in these sectors.
  • Highly innovative and comfortable in fast-paced environments, demonstrating a strong focus on delivering results and scaling initiatives.
  • Capable of integrating diverse perspectives and approaches to develop innovative solutions that drive significant impact.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships to achieve common goals.
  • A strong team player who effectively engages with individuals at all levels within the organisation, promoting a culture of inclusivity and cooperation.
  • Exceptional in analytical thinking, organisation, and project management, with a track record of successfully executing complex projects.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, grounded in evidence-based problem solving across various operational challenges.
