This will involve all aspects of direct supervision of ROP administrative staff, providing confidential administrative support for ROP leadership, entering payroll, problem resolution, supporting program statistics and other duties as assigned to meet the objectives of the ROP. The incumbent will also lead and/or assist with projects.The incumbent must work collaboratively and cooperatively with all staff and departments within CancerCare Manitoba, external agencies and vendors, and be capable of carrying out all duties with diplomacy, tact, confidentiality and professionalism. The incumbent will be required to work in a fast paced environment and to prioritize a large complex workload to meet deadlines.QualificationsRequirements:
- Graduate of a post-secondary certificate and/or diploma in Health Services Management or Human Resources Management or equivalent of education and experience as determined by CancerCare Manitoba
- Two years previous leadership experience including supervision of staff, preferably in a unionized environment
- Previous experience in scheduling staff and work assignments
- Exceptional proficiency in computer programs i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, database knowledge
- Must hold a satisfactory employment record
- Must be legally able to work in Canada

- Previous experience working in a healthcare environment
