- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and business objectives.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and database searches, to identify high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles and organizations.
- Review and draft position profiles, candidate profiles, and other documentation for client review.
- Develop and foster ongoing relationships with qualified candidates.
- Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders.
- Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop.
- Review, design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondence.
- Lead engagement teams, developing effective relationships with clients while coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals.
- Promote MNP HR consulting service line within the organization and business community group through the involvement in presentations, meetings and community events.
- Assist with other HR Consulting engagements related to change management, organizational review and design, talent management, performance management, human resource strategy and policy development as required.
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s in human resources, business, or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- CHRP designation is considered an asset.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving recruitment targets.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to manage workflow, set priorities, work within tight timelines, and assist on multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to take initiative, apply your judgement and knowledge to problem solving, and bring forward / contribute to solutions.
