This translates into a digital way of working and requires a proactive mindset.Job purpose:You will support our client (Airbus) in the administrative management of contracts for new apprentices and interns. You are responsible for the compliance of the contracts put in place. You are in contact with our client’s training partners, candidates and internal managers.Your responsibilities:
- Contacting candidates to assist them with the administrative formalities of their hiring.
- Liaising with schools, training organizations and relevant authorities to collect the necessary information.
- Drafting contracts and candidate files.
- Transmitting contracts in real time.
- Monitoring the registration and approval of documents.
- Monitoring invoicing related to training activities.
- Participating in project developments, client meetings and reporting.
- Supporting internal projects as required.
- Coordinating the V.I.E. center, including contact with volunteers and HRBP.
What we’d like you to bring:
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Experience in HR, onboarding, recruitment,customer service or any related administrative role would be a plus.
- Confidence and comfort in handling last-minute situations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with new joiners and team members.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
