A family-feel company that has global corporate backing ensuring stability, is looking to hire a Administrative Specialist to their department team.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a national grocery store chain where you will be part of a well-known grocery distribution center that services thousands of stores across the country.

If you have a strong administrative, organization and problem-solving skills and are looking for a long-term, stable opportunity, this could be an excellent opportunity for you!

Administrative Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Maintains all aspects of product information including description, department, attributes, costs, retails etc.
  • Researches, tracks, escalates and resolves product issues
  • Performs daily database audits
  • Provide support to POS Managers and Department Managers

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00pm – 5:00pm

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 (DOE)

Administrative Specialist Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years in an office support role where main focus is data entry
  • Knowledge of MS Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
