Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeJob DescriptionAnswer calls, emails and/or other requests from patients and/or healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals. Handle incoming calls and outbound calls per shift. Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.
