Receptionist

Are you a medical receptionist with over a year of experience? We have an exciting temp-to-hire position available with a well-respected physical therapy office!

This locally owned physical therapy company is seeking a Floating Medical Receptionist to join our team. The Floating Medical Receptionist will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting administrative functions at their clinics in the Seattle and Bellevue area. This organization prides itself on maintaining a lower patient volume to ensure a more personal interaction between patients and doctors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide reception support at various clinics throughout the Seattle/Bellevue area
• Manage multiple phone lines efficiently
• Greet patients warmly and energetically
• Verify insurance coverage for patient visits
• Address patient inquiries and concerns
• Schedule patient appointments

You will excel in this position if you are adaptable in your daily commute, enjoy working independently, and are dedicated to delivering outstanding service to both patients and clinic staff.

Schedule:

• 7am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday

Pay
: $23-25/hr?

Medical Reception Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as a medical receptionist
• Experience working with multiple medical insurance companies verifying insurance coverage  
• Ability to commute to the various clinics in Seattle, Edmonds, Bellevue and Issaquah
• Ability to solve problems independently
• Proficient with Mac and PC computer systems
