We are looking for a technically minded individual with a strong bias to action who is excited about leveraging technology and design to deliver meaningful business outcomes for YouLend, our partners, and their merchants.As a Partner Implementation Consultant, you will work together with internal & external stakeholders to deliver market leading solutions for YouLend’s existing, and future, strategic partners.You will work cross-functionally with our Commercial, Product and Operations teams to ensure that partner deliveries run seamlessly, whilst always ensuring that the solutions we deliver enhance both merchant experience and revenue generation.Requirements

  • Reducing the time it takes for our projects to get delivered, including supporting partners and internal teams with all aspects of their deliverables
  • Overseeing the implementation of new and existing partner deliveries, both API integrated and off-the-shelf solutions. Working directly with internal/ external project managers and software engineers to successfully deliver solutions
  • Providing best practice delivery advice for our partners
  • Presenting collateral, detailing integration options, and articulating different technical integrations and merchant journeys to potential, new, and existing partners
  • Working with partners to solve technical challenges in current processes including answering technical questions raised by partners
  • Ensuring that for each delivery, all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities and are aligned on required timelines
  • Supporting YouLend teams when scoping/ encouraging further implementation work
  • Identifying areas for improvement in existing technologies and processes, and designing and implementing improvements

Essential Skills

  • Experience working in a partner or client facing role
  • Proven experience successfully delivering software and / or SaaS integrations or launching new products and features that improve customer outcomes
  • Possess a strong technical understanding and have experience working with software engineers
  • The ability to interact with technical as well as non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box
  • A low ego, team player mentality and a strong bias to action
  • A creative and empathetic approach to collaborating cross-functionally and solving partner problems

Desirable:

  • Have a commercial mindset helping ensure that integration work always adds value to parties
  • Are looking to make an impact in a fast-paced organisation
  • Have experience of leading projects at a wide range of different organisations
  • Have a good understanding of FinTech, payments, or technology industry
