  • Lottie’s Marketplace (B2B2C) – A free service that helps families and retirees find the UK’s best care homes, home care providers, and retirement living properties.
  • Found by Lottie (B2B) – CRM software mapped to the care and retirement living industries unique customer journey.
  • Seniorcare by Lottie (B2B) – Employee benefits platform, helping corporates deliver outstanding eldercare support to their employees.

Since launch, Lottie has gone on to support millions of families navigate the stressful later living system, while helping tens of thousands begin their next chapter in later life care.The opportunityAs the Growth Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our company’s growth by owning one of our categories (Home Care / Care Home / Retirement Living) across all marketing channels and growth levers. Your mission is to scale Lottie revenues by efficiently reaching care-seekers online, and connecting them with the perfect care provider. You will work closely with the product and marketing teams to optimise the conversion process through testing.What will you be doing

  • Campaign Strategy & Management:
  • Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns, initially with a primary focus on our existing channels Google and Meta.
  • Explore and test new channels to identify new and better ways to reach our audience
  • Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to meet ROAS targets.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track and report on performance, identifying trends and actionable insights.
  • Work with our data analytics team to ensure we have best-in-class measurement in place.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage the marketing budget for your category, ensuring spend is allocated against LTV
  • Forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, aligning spend with overall marketing objectives.
  • Experimentation :
  • Build and own a CRO roadmap for your category, in order to improve user journey, customer experience and ultimately conversion rate

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in performance and growth marketing. A focus on SEM is a strong plus, given the centrality of this channel in our custom acquisition, but not essential
  • Technical Skills:
  • Deep expertise in Google Search, Meta ads, Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions to optimize search campaigns.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Growth Mindset: Ability to use data, creativity, commercial instinct to find opportunities, spot patterns, continuous test and learn mentality. Bias for action, ownership and agile execution.
