Operating within the global online food delivery market, which is expected to be worth $365 billion by 2030, and backed by Tier-1 investors, including Octopus Ventures, Local Globe, Heartcore Capital, Rakuten, and Battery Ventures.🔎Why are we hiring?To achieve our ambitious vision, Taster operates on three foundational pillars:Ops & Network: Overseeing supply chain management and our franchise network across various countries.Revenue: Managing delivery platforms, click & collect, and local marketing initiatives.Power to Creators: Collaborating with key creators to bring our brands to life.We’re seeking a Procurement Manager to support our Ops & Network pillar, focused on cost optimisation, supplier management, and product quality across our European operations.🤝Your responsibilitiesSupplier Relationship Management:Build and optimise relationships with Taster’s key suppliers to drive cost reductions, improve quality, and secure volume commitments.Participate in contract negotiations, achieving competitive terms and volume-based pricing benefits.Conduct quarterly and annual supplier performance evaluations to ensure compliance with Taster’s quality and operational standards.Cost and Quality Optimization:Drive initiatives to reduce overall COGS by 200-500 basis points, focusing on essential product categories across our European supply chain.Collaborate with the innovation team on new product introductions, ensuring the availability of all core products for menu expansion.Guarantee the alignment between productions and product specifications.
