Trust & Safety Associate – £13/hr in OxfordMust know:

• 9 AM – 5 PM shift
• Pays £13/hr
• Opportunity to work in a Hybrid schedule

About the Opportunity:We are seeking someone who will validate new supplier sign-ups/accounts and provide support to customers who needs assistance regarding trust and safety issues.This company is one of the top travel agencies in the world. • Assisting in validation checks
• Investigating suppliers and bookings using the information provided by the customer
• Analyzing information and making conclusions in an efficient manner about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking
• Make justifiable decisions in regard to evidence found and relate this to how we can proceed with new customers

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience in a research environment is advantageous
• Must be confident in using a computer
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office Software within a Customer Service role is desirable
• Preferably Fluent in a second language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian etc.)
