The mission is to drive improvements in recruitment processes, ensuring the consistent application of assessment tools and high-quality, metric-driven team performance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in regulated or customer-focused environments, particularly contact centres, and understands the importance of an agent’s early career phase.In this role, you’ll be the go-to for process quality and consistency, making regular audits part of the routine to ensure accuracy and fairness. You’ll also lead with a metrics-driven approach, analysing team performance, driving improvement in the hiring funnel, and implementing data-backed recommendations for both tools and processes.What you’ll be doing

  • Inspiring and empowering a team of Assessment Specialists in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Setting clear goals and performance expectations, ensuring high standards.
  • Managing quality control through audits and consistent application of assessment tools.
  • Evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies to advance hiring practices.
  • Presenting actionable insights to stakeholders and managing resources to hit team targets.

The skills and experience you’ll needYour backgroundWe’re looking for a recruitment professional experienced in high-volume hiring, ideally with a background in regulated settings like financial services or sales. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced, customer-driven environments.Ideal experience

  • Proven recruitment experience in a high-volume environment, with a strong understanding of regulated contact centres.
  • Practical understanding of operational demands, particularly in supporting agents through their first 13 weeks.
  • Familiarity with quality control measures, audits, and metrics-based improvements in recruitment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
