Your work will span the full marketing mix, covering both consumer and customer marketing initiatives, ensuring these are flawlessly executed and aligned with the Aspall master brand strategy.In this role, you’ll support both the supply chain and operations teams, collaborating closely with the commercial vinegar team to achieve the annual commercial targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating an innovation pipeline for the vinegar portfolio, aiming to expand the brand into new demand spaces to drive growth.You will also lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives for the Aspall Cyder trademark specifically within the Suffolk region, creating strong local engagement.Key Responsibilities

  • To develop comprehensive insight into performance of the brand including critical inputs and outputs, using this to highlight risks and opps, course correcting where need to deliver the annual plan
  • Full accountability for the annual brand spend, able to provide timely and accurate monthly forecasts including risks and opportunities as and when required
  • Build and deliver the annual plan effectively and creatively using our Integrated Marketing Communications process, working with 3rd party agencies where required to create consumer connected activity that delivers brand growth.
  • Responsible for leading the development and execution of the marketing activity for the Aspall Cyder trademark aligned with the brand team within the region of Suffolk growing our presence and engagement in the heartland. Examples would be local events (eg) Suffolk Show, Aldeburgh food festival and First Light

  • Extensive Brand Management experience
  • Proven track record in devising compelling and effective 3-year long-range brand plans.
  • Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to successfully execute motivating plans through agencies.
  • Experience in Food Brand Marketing and/or an interest/understanding about food and cooking
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, creative copywriting skills, content creation
