🕙 Role details: This is a full time role for 40 contracted hours per week💷 Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum🌍 Location: We are a hybrid team, based throughout the UK. This role will be remote-first but it will require flexibility to travel to events, meetings, and filming, as required. Ideally, you’ll be located within a 1-2 hour distance from London. We offer the flexibility to work outside of the UK up to 90 days per year, however you must be able to work and live permanently within the UK #LI-RemoteThe roleWe are looking for a talented Brand Manager to become a key member of our Marketing team.We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and hands-on Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team and keep our creative efforts fresh and impactful. You’ll be our creative go-to, ready to jump in on everything from event support to resizing images or handling day-to-day creative tasks. It is a cloud-based platform that allows both patients and clinicians to securely submit information to support clinical decision-making. The result is a continuous flow of data (photos, videos, sound recordings and forms/questionnaires) which enables automated and personalised pathways and clinically-coded risk stratification. The platform is specialty agnostic and as a result is currently implemented in over 40 patient pathways and sees 1 million submissions onto the platform annually.Role responsibilities

  • Graphic design & branding: help shape and evolve Isla’s brand identity. You’ll design a variety of collateral from sales presentations, and brochures to event stands. Your goal? Keep us consistent, polished, and always one step ahead.
  • Digital and social media content: Get ready to create scroll-stopping, share-worthy content for our social channels (particularly LinkedIn). You’ll experiment with various formats, from video and animations to stills, always keeping things fresh.
  • Website content: you’ll be helping to ensure our website is accessible and user-friendly. From launching new pages to regularly updating content that enhances customer experience and understanding of our platform, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our site is always up-to-date and engaging.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) + Figma, Coda, Vimeo/FinalCut/other video editing tools
  • Solid grasp of design principles—typography, layout, and colour theory
  • Experience managing websites (WordPress) and email marketing tools (HubSpot)
  • Capable of creating content for various formats, including video, stills, and animation
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and paid social campaigns
  • B2B or healthcare experience
  • Knowledge of creating compelling sales collateral, including presentations using Google Slides and/or PowerPoint

Desirable

  • Knowledge of 3D graphics or animation
  • Product marketing experience
  • UX design
  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma or equivalent in graphic design
  • Photography & videography skills: experience/interest in learning how to capture/edit photos and videos to bring our story to life (this will include sourcing, partnering, and managing filming agency partners, where relevant)
