You will play a critical role in integrating diverse data sources, ensuring clean, high-quality data, and designing workflows that enable seamless data management. You will be at the forefront of developing customer integrations, playing a key role in setting the standards for integration processes as the company scales. This role is highly collaborative, offering you the chance to work directly with clients to gather requirements and implement new data solutions.You will also have the opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders, contribute to cutting-edge projects, and use your technical expertise to shape data-driven transformations within high-profile sectors like Energy, Renewables, and beyond.As the Data Integration Engineer, you will:
- Manage and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring data quality and consistency throughout.
- Build and optimize workflows using FME to streamline ETL processes and validate data integrity.
- Leverage Azure and cloud-based technologies to create scalable data management solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, helping translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support data-driven projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and availability of business-critical data.
- Provide technical expertise in data management, governance, and engineering, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Participate in solution design, data strategy discussions, and requirements gathering with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Guide junior team members, offering mentorship and knowledge sharing on best practices in data integration and engineering.
RequirementsWhat You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a Data Engineering role, with expertise in developing and maintaining data integrations across various external systems.
- Experience in data modeling, visualization, and ETL pipelines.
- Proficiency in FME for building and managing workflows.
- Experience with the Azure platform, particularly in deploying and managing cloud data solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases.
- Comfortable in a client-facing role, with excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Experience with Power BI, Databricks, or Power Platform.
