Package: Competitive salary and excellent benefitsReporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead North and Europe, responsible for the recruitment of both high volume and niche colleagues into Ricoh, while actively supporting the recruitment strategy implementation.Providing an end-to-end engaging candidate experience that looks to attract, engage, and grow talent communities; with a focus on supporting content creation, building relationships with candidates, facilitating recruitment processes & promoting Diversity, Inclusion & Equal Opportunities strategy. What you will be doingKey accountabilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring all permanent and FTC vacancies within Ricoh, across all business functions, are successfully resourced with an emphasis on quality of hire, diversity of hire, time to hire and on direct recruitment activity (reduced agency usage)
  • Work with the Hiring managers and HR Business partners to understand resourcing requirements and identify most effective channels of attraction
  • Provide expert to expert hiring manager experience by providing external market insights into the best talent, route to market and leverage best practice methods to sourcing talent
  • Expand in-house sourcing capabilities and passive candidate generation including undertaking a proactive approach via headhunting to attract current and future talent pools
  • Source candidates through advertising vacancies on Job Boards, Careers Sites, social media, and Networking events
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews, either via telephone, face-to-face, online or through assessment events
  • Management of the full recruitment life cycle, from job brief discussion through to making offers and securing candidate acceptance
  • Management of the candidate tracking system (TalentLink) ensuring all activity is recorded
  • Responsibility for arranging all interviews, booking interview rooms, arranging any required assessment centres and liaison with any external parties
  • Establish and build effective internal networks and relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and compliance in the recognised recruitment process
  • To be focused on achieving recruitment delivery in line with client KPI’s and SLA’s (KPMG processes)
  • Gather insights and intelligence about trends and benchmark against the external marketplace to ensure the company can continue to effectively resource the talent required
  • Involvement in the successful candidate on-boarding process and ensure a first-class candidate experience is delivered to all applicants
  • Contribute to team meetings (eg recruitment strategy, process improvement)
  • Contribute to TA projects when required

You will ideally have

  • Proven recruitment experience, either agency-side or In-house from a fast-paced, high performing organisation
  • Comfortable recruiting for high volume and for niche roles for all business areas (IT, HR, Legal, Marketing, Sales, etc.)
  • Proven background in using various candidate attraction channels (advertising, database searches, networking sites, headhunting)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent administrative skills and capable of working at a fast pace
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
  • Candidate Experience focused
  • Technical understanding of end-to-end recruitment (including attraction methodology & employment law essentials
  • Must have credibility working with Key business decision-makers and HR colleagues
  • Must have the confidence to challenge and influence Key business decision makers
