As Principal, Business Development, you’ll drive the client pipeline across EMEA, serving as a strategic leader, delivering top-tier design-build projects, and enhancing Unispace’s brand.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute EMEA Business Development strategy, including forecasting and opportunity pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Client Relations for regional insights and strategy.
  • Manage lead generation, handovers, and conversion rates, ensuring alignment with targets.
  • Work with Strategy, Design, and Delivery teams to identify key relationships.
  • Conduct conversion analysis, implement global research, and execute regional event strategies
  • Develop creative client acquisition strategies and maintain key relationships across EMEA.
  • Support cross-regional opportunities in collaboration with global business development.
  • Foster collaboration across regions and disciplines.
  • Manage Business Development expertise (Networking, Cold Calling, Research).
  • Set and oversee team goals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

About You:

  • Extensive EMEA market knowledge and industry trends.
  • Experience in client-facing relationship management, lead generation, and cold calling.
  • Strong goal setting, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Drive Business Development standards, processes, and technology solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy in research, risk management, and CRM data.
  • Implement CSR programs and support continual improvement in regional events.
